Dr. Ace’s proprietary bootcamps are either 1 or 2 weeks. These programs go deep dive into change a patients body and mind. The programs are similar to what elite athletes go through when trying to perfect their skills and physiology. We hyper focus on structure, functionality & execution of new behaviors. The program is held 2 times per day for 5 days a week. You work with a class of patients going through the same experiences as you. The group learns faster than the individual.
